The following information is provided, pursuant to article 13 of the Legislative Decree. n.196/2003 (personal data protection code) to visitors to the Internet site of the Port of Cetraro and users of the services offered by the same, starting from the address http://www.castercoop.it with the exclusion of external links.

The place of conservation of the data connected to the services provided by the portal is located at the headquarters of the CASTER arl Società Cooperativa, which hosts the site http://www.castercoop.it for navigation data (log) and for other communications, with the exception of cookies that are stored on Users' computers.
C) Type of data processed
The types of data are identified in two macro categories: Navigation data and Data provided by the User. The former concern all those data of a technical nature resulting from the User's navigation on the site, which are necessary and essential for the normal functioning of web browsing. These are not directly attributable to the User, they mostly concern information on the communication protocols involved in use. Among these data we have: User's IP, the domain name of the PC, the times of the requests made.
The second category of data concerns all the information entered by the User into forms, necessary for the use of some services made available by the portal.
The personal data provided voluntarily by you (personal details, contact details, tax code/VAT number, vessel data) through the forms on our website will be processed, both by paper and electronic means, in compliance with the provisions on protection of personal data and in particular the appropriate technical and organizational measures referred to in art. 32.1 of the Regulation and with the observance of every precautionary measure that guarantees its relative integrity, confidentiality and availability. Below we indicate the purposes:

- Newsletter form: registration to send promotional newsletters relating to new services or events, participation in surveys on the services offered and sending of commercial communications via automated means such as email and paper mail
